TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promo (“Promo”) will run from November 9, 2018 to January 31, 2019 (“Promo Period”).
  2. The Promo is open to Principal and Supplementary Citi Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose credit cards (“Card”) have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citi”), are active, in good credit standing, and with available credit limit, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for the Promo, and who have received the promo notification from Citibank.
  3. Officers and employees of Citi and, where applicable, employees of its its advertising and PR agencies and of its third party service providers who are directly involved in the generation of winners, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to join this Promo.
  4. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
  5. Under the Promo, qualified Citibank Credit Cardholders will earn raffle entries for their transactions, for a chance to be one of the lucky winners of the following prizes every week:
    1. One (1) million Rewards points, or its equivalent in PremierMiles or cash credits, depending on the credit card type
    2. Two (2) Instaperx e-GCs worth P500 each
  6. A unique Registration Code will be sent to Cardholder together with the promo website URL via an SMS/e-mail. To qualify for the Promo, the Cardholder must register and create an account in the promo website (www.winwithciti.com) during the Promo Period. Upon accessing the site, s/he must input his/her valid e-mail address, Registration Code, and last 6 digits of any of his/her Citi credit cards on the registration page.

    Only successfully registered accounts (where the Registration Code used on the site matched the code assigned to the Cardholder based on Citi records will be qualified for the Promo. In case there are any errors made by the Cardholder in entering the registration details, an error message will appear onsite.

    Newly-opened accounts will receive their Registration Code within the first ten (10) business days of the month after their accounts have been activated.

    It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information by calling the Citiphone Hotline at (02) 995-9999 to ensure that he/she will receive notifications or updates about the Promo.

  7. By registering for the Promo, the Cardholder agrees that any information provided in the www.winwithciti.com site will be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of the third party entity managing the site for Citibank. Further, the Cardholder consents to Citibank sending SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited to SMS or e-mails confirming registration.

    Furthermore, the Cardholder, in the event that he/she wins, authorizes Citi to disclose and/or publish his/her name, photos, and other particulars to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Citi may deem appropriate. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which Citi may from time to time organize in connection with the Promo, and if so, such winners must attend such functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winner.

  8. Earning raffle entries

    One (1) business day after successful registration, the Cardholder can start earning the following raffle entries for these transactions:

    • The following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: Call for Cash/Click for Cash/Speed Cash transactions, Cash Advance availment, Balance Transfer availment, Balance Conversion transactions, Paylite After Purchase transactions, existing PayLite amortizations, OneBill transactions, Online payments made via Citibank Online or mobile banking, Auto-debit enrolments, and credit card fees and charges.

      Additionally, the following transactions will not be considered eligible for the Promo: purchases made in casinos and at merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution (example: warehouse clubs, networking companies, multi-level marketing entities), and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.

    • The Cardholder’s Citi Card account/s must be active and in good credit standing during the Promo Period in order to earn raffle entries.
    • Citi will generate raffle entries electronically. For the Instaperx eGC prize, Principal and Supplementary Cardholders earn raffle entries separately, so long as each is registered. For the One (1) million Rewards points prize, the number of raffle entries that the Principal Cardholder and each Supplementary Cardholder earns will be aggregated and credited to the Principal Cardholder. The eligibility of the supplementary Cardholder’s transactions to earn raffle entries is dependent on the Principal Card’s credit standing.
  9. Drawing of winners
    • Citi will conduct the electronic raffle draw to pick ten (10) winners of the 1 million rewards points and two hundred and fifty (250) winners of the Two (2) Instaperx e-GCs worth P500 each, in the presence of DTI and Citi representatives at the 14th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, on the following dates:
      • November 16, 23, and 29, 2018
      • December 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2018
      • January 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2019
      • February 1, 2019
    • The Cardholders’ accounts must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.
    • Cardholders whose names are drawn will be subject to verification by Citi.
    • A Cardholder can only win the One (1) million Rewards points (or its equivalent in PremierMiles or cash credits, depending on the credit card type) once (1x), and the P1,000 Instaperx e-GC at most thrice (3x), throughout the Promo Period; provided that the Cardholder cannot win two (2) prizes on the same draw.
    • Raffle entries that are not drawn during the weekly draw will automatically be included in the next week’s raffle draw.
  10. Awarding/redemption process
    • Every Tuesday of the week following the raffle draw, the winners will be announced on Citi Philippine’s Facebook page.
    • One (1) million rewards points (or its equivalent in PremierMiles or cash credits, depending on the credit card type):
      • The Rewards points/PremierMiles/cash credits will be credited to the winner’s Citi credit card account seven (7) business days after the announcement of winners.

      • In the event that the winner has multiple Citi credit cards, the prize will be awarded in the following order of preference:
        • If winner has any one (1) of the following cards: Citi Rewards Card, Citi Classic/Gold/Platinum Card, Citi Prestige Card
          – the winner will be awarded the Rewards points, regardless if he/she has other Citi credit cards
        • If winner does not have a Citi Rewards Card, Citi Classic/Gold/Platinum Card, Citi Prestige Card, but has a Citi PremierMiles Card
          – the winner will be awarded 300,000 PremierMiles.
        • If winner only has a Shell Citi Card, Mercury Citi Card, Megaworld Citi Card, Rustans Citi Card, Citi Simplicity Card, or Citi CashBack Card– the winner will be awarded the Php 100,000 Cash Credit.
      • In the event that the winner has multiple cards of the same prize type, the prize will be uploaded to the Card with the higher balance
      • Cash credits cannot be used to pay off the existing balance of the account
      • The use of Rewards points, PremierMiles and cash credits are subject to the terms and conditions in the Citi Card Agreement and the Citi ThankYou Rewards Program.
    • Two (2) Instaperx e-GCs worth P500 each:
      • If the Cardholder wins the Instaperx e-GC, an e-Coupon indicating the Instaperx prize redemption code will be displayed on the winner’s account (“My Rewards” tab) on the promo website, together with a link to the Instaperx redemption site.
      • The winner must access the Instaperx redemption website and create an account using the following information on or before April 5, 2019:
        1. Prize redemption code
        2. Name
        3. E-mail address where e-GC voucher code will be sent
        4. Mobile number where e-GC voucher code will be sent
      • By registering on the Instaperx redemption site, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by Instaperx, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of Instaperx.
      • All redemption codes that are unredeemed after April 5, 2019 will be forfeited in favor of Citi.
      • After successful account creation, the total e-GC amount of P1,000 will be reflected on the “My Account” page.
      • The winner may now use the e-GC credits to purchase e-GC voucher/s worth P500 each, from any Instaperx partner merchant available on the Instaperx redemption website.
      • After purchase, the winner will receive the e-GC voucher code/s via SMS and/or email.
      • The winner must present for validation the SMS and/or email containing the e-GC voucher code/s to the personnel of the store where they will use the voucher, prior to ordering or purchasing.
      • The e-GC voucher/s must only be given to the store personnel once the Cardholder commits to use it at the store.
      • The e-GC voucher is for one-time use only.
      • If the total value of e-GC voucher is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the value indicated on the e-GC voucher, the Cardholder will pay for the difference.
      • The e-GC voucher/s are valid for use until April 5, 2020 only. All e-GC voucher/s which are unused after this date shall be forfeited in favor of Citi.
      • e-GCs are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
      • All e-GCs are not transferable, and not convertible to cash, cash advance, or kind.
      • All redemptions are final; no return or exchange of the e-GC/s will be permitted. The winner is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates of the e-GC/s upon redemption. The winner will also be responsible for safekeeping the eGC/s. Citi and the participating merchant outlets shall not be obliged to refund or replace the e-GC/s once redeemed, whether lost, damaged, or for whatever reason.
      • All terms and conditions relating to the e-GCs as indicated in the Instaperx website shall apply.
  11. Citibank is not an agent of Instaperx or of the participating merchants, and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Instaperx and/or the participating merchant.
  12. By accepting the prize/s, the winner agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize/s.
  13. Each winner should maintain his/her Card active and in good credit standing for a period of twenty four (24) months from the end of the Promo Period or awarding of the Prize.
  14. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, awarding, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.
  15. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo, or redemption of the Prize may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the Prize to the Cardholder’s Citi Card, at Citi’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.
