TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promo (“Promo”) will run from November 6, 2017 to January 31, 2018 (“Promo Period”).
  2. The Promo is open to Principal Citi Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose credit cards (“Card”) have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citi”), are active, in good credit standing, and with available credit limit, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for the Promo.
  3. Officers and employees of Citi and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, or of its advertising and PR agencies, and of its third party service providers with direct involvement in the generation of winners, are not eligible for this Promo.
  4. Raffle Component

    Citibank Credit Cardholders will earn raffle entries for their transactions for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer or ten (10) Lucerne gift vouchers for a luxury timepiece worth P250,000 each.

        The following are the conditions for earning of raffle entry/ies for:

        • “Log-in to Citibank Online Citi Mobile® App”: the Cardholder must log in to Citibank Online or Citi Mobile® App; the Cardholder will earn 1 raffle entry per log-in up to a maximum of 20 log-ins.
        • “Avail of Balance Conversion”: the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.
        • “Avail of a PayLite After Purchase transaction”: the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.
        • “Avail of a Call for Cash transaction”: the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.
        • “Avail of a Balance Transfer transaction”: the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.
        • “Avail of a Click for Cash transaction”: the Cardholder must avail Click for Cash by logging on to Citibank Online or by clicking thru the eDirect Mailer or SMS of the Click for Cash communications. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period.
        • “Enroll in the e-Statement facility”: the Cardholder must successfully enroll in the e-Statement facility within the Promo Period. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Create a Citibank Online account”: the Cardholder must successfully create a Citibank Online account within the Promo Period. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Make a Payment via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile® App”: the Cardholder must successfully make a payment via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile® App; the Cardholder will earn 1 raffle entry per payment.
        • “Update his/her income with Citi”: the Cardholder must update his/her income by emailing his/her latest income documents to update.income@citi.com or submit.income@citi.com within the Promo Period. The list of valid income documents is available on www.citibank.com.ph/incomeupdate . Only one change in income will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Enroll in Voice Biometrics”: the Cardholder must do a successful enrollment in Voice Biometrics within the Promo Period by calling +63 2 995 9999. He/she will receive a confirmation SMS/ Email after 4 hours if enrollment is successful. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Avail of a Citi Personal Loan”: the Cardholder must apply for a Citi Personal Loan and make a loan availment within the Promo Period.
        • “Register a valid ID”: the Cardholder must not have an existing valid ID (SSS, TIN, Passport or any other valid ID acceptable in CIPP) in Citi’s records prior to the Promo, and he/she must register a valid ID within the Promo Period. To do this, he/she must download and accomplish the form from www.citibank.com.ph/infoupdate (minimum details: bank account, credit card and/or loan number) and submit the duly accomplished form together with a valid ID and supporting documents (if applicable) to infoupdate.ph@citi.com. Only one successful registration will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Open/Upgrade to a Citi Priority Banking Relationship”: the Cardholder must open a relationship under the Citi Priority segment or the Cardholder must upgrade to Citi Priority segment as the Primary Account Holder. Only one successful account opening or one successful upgrade will be qualified to earn raffle entries.
        • “Open/Upgrade to a Citigold Banking Relationship”: the Cardholder must open a relationship under the Citigold segment or the Cardholder must upgrade to Citigold segment as the Primary Account Holder. Only one successful account opening or one successful upgrade will be qualified to earn raffle entries.

        The respective Terms & Conditions of each product above continue to apply.


      • The following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: existing installment transactions, credit card fees and charges, transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes, and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.
      • Citi will generate raffle entries electronically. The number of raffle entries that the Principal Cardholder and each Supplementary Cardholder earns will be aggregated and credited to the Principal Cardholder. The eligibility of the supplementary Cardholder’s transactions to earn raffle entries is dependent on the Principal Card’s credit standing.
      • Cardholders can also get additional raffle entries from the Promo website under the Instant Prize component until February 9, 2018
    • Drawing of winners
      • Citi will draw the winners for three (3) BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer and ten (10) Lucerne gift vouchers for a luxury timepiece worth P250,000 each at the raffle draw, which will be held on February 14, 2018, in the presence of DTI and Citi representatives at the 14th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
      • The Cardholders’ accounts must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.
      • A Cardholder who qualified for raffle entries on account of enrolment for e-Statement, creation of a Citibank Online/Citi Mobile App account, or enrolment for Citi Alerts must maintain his/her enrolment in the facility and/or his/her Citibank Online/Citi Mobile App account until the time of the draw and the claiming of raffle prizes.
      • A Cardholder whose name is drawn will be disqualified in the event that his/her Citi Card account/s is/are not maintained in good credit standing; his/her Card account/s become/s delinquent or is/are cancelled, not re-issued or terminated during the Promo Period; and/or his/her new Card, new e-Statement enrolment, new Citibank Online account, or new Citi Alerts enrolment is/are no longer active at the time of the draw and of claiming the raffle prize.
      • Cardholders whose names are drawn will be subject to verification by Citi.
    • Raffle Prizes and Awarding Process
      • A total of thirteen (13) winning Cardholders will be drawn: three (3) winners of a BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer, and ten (10) winners of Lucerne gift vouchers for a luxury timepiece worth P250,000 each.
      • A winner can only win one of the following during the entire Promo Period: a BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer or Lucerne gift voucher for a luxury timepiece worth P250,000. A Cardholder cannot win more than one (1) raffle prize.
      • Winning Cardholder Redemption process:
        • Winners will be notified via phone and registered mail.
        • Winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their Prize certificate. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by Citi with the prior approval of DTI.
        • Winners will shoulder the 20% prize tax, fees and surcharges, and all other costs and expenses incurred in redeeming and using the Prizes.
        • Winners may claim the Prize certificate on Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) from 10:00AM to 5:00PM at 16th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City. Upon claiming his/her Prize, the Winner must present the following:
          1. Official Notification Letter from Citi;
          2. Valid Citi Card used for the winning transaction;
          3. Two (2) valid government-issued I.D. (with photo and signature), ie., Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, TIN card;
          4. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) - Winners must submit their TIN number to claim their Prizes. Winners who do not have TIN numbers would need to secure a one-time TIN from the Bureau of Internal Revenue; and
          5. Proof of payment of the 20% prize tax.
        • For Lucerne Gift Voucher worth P250,000:
          1. Gift Voucher value of P250,000 will be applied to the retail price of the chosen watch/es. Any amount in excess of P250,000 will be shouldered by the winner
          2. Gift Voucher is valid for purchase of the following watch brands: IWC, Panerai, Omega, Breguet, Hublot, JLC, Tudor, Breitling, Baume & Mercier, Philip Stein, TW Steel, Chopard, Longine, Bulova, Victorinox, and Zenith.
          3. Gift Voucher is valid for use only at Lucerne Shangri-la Plaza mall.
        • For BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer:
          1. Winners will be given instructions on turnover schedule of the car
  5. Instant Prize Component

    Aside from raffle entries, Cardholders also get a chance to win instant prizes and additional raffle entries every time they make a purchase using their Citi credit card during the Promo Period.

    • Registration
      • To join, the Cardholder must register and create an account in the promo website (www.winwithciti.com) during the Promo Period.
        • A unique Log-in Password will be sent to him/her together with the promo website URL via an SMS/e-mail.
        • Upon accessing the site, s/he must input his/her valid e-mail address and Log-in Password on the account creation page.
        • Only successfully registered accounts will be qualified for the Instant Prize component.
      • The Cardholder is eligible to earn play codes two (2) business days after successfully registering/creating an account in the promo website. The Cardholder can play these codes on the promo website for instant prizes and/or additional raffle entries two (2) business days after earning the play code.
      • By registering for the Instant Prize Component, the Cardholder:
        • agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited to SMS or e-mails confirming earning of play code upon completion of qualified purchases
        • authorizes Citi to disclose and publish his/her name, photo and other particulars to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Citi may deem appropriate, including but not limited to the applicable gift redemption website for the fulfillment of the instant prize.
    • Qualified Purchases
      • Every straight retail transaction or new Citi PayLite purchase (“Qualified Purchase”) charged within the Promo Period will earn the Cardholder a play code. There is no minimum purchase amount required.
      • The following transactions will not earn a play code: Call for Cash, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, PayLite After Purchase, existing PayLite amortizations, OneBill transactions, auto-debit enrolments, auto-debit transactions, credit card fees and charges, Citi Card Protection / Credit Shield, Citibank Online payments, Citi Mobile Banking payments, transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes, and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.
      • The Cardholder’s Citi Card account/s must be active and in good credit standing during the Promo Period.
    • Promo website play
      • From November 6, 2017 onwards, the Cardholder will receive an SMS message and/or e-mail on his/her registered mobile number and/or e-mail address upon completing a Qualified Purchase. The SMS message and/or e-mail will advise the Cardholder that he/she has earned a play code as well as the Promo website URL link.
      • The Cardholder must log-in to his/her account on the promo website after two (2) business days after the qualified transaction has been made, to view and use the play code that he/she has earned.
      • On the game, the Cardholder will choose and click on one of the moving icons on the screen to reveal his/her instant prize.

      • If the Cardholder wins, an e-Coupon specifying the prize details will be displayed on the promo website, as well as a link to the redemption site (either Giftaway, ZALORA, iflix, or UBER websites)
      • The Cardholder can view and use his/her earned play codes on the promo website until February 9, 2018.
    • Prize Redemption
      • For Mrs. Fields, Bruno’s Barbers, Bistro Group, Vikings, Nike Park:
        • The Winner must claim the corresponding eGift for his/her prize by going to the Giftaway redemption site (www.gft.ph/winwithciti) linked to the e-Coupon and input the following details:

        • The Winner must log-in to his Uber account via the Uber App and do the following:
          • Select “Payment” in the menu sidebar

          • Input the e-Coupon code and click “Add”
          • Request for an Uber ride
      • For iflix 3-month subscription:
        • Go to www.iflix.com/redeem, enter the code and click ‘REDEEM’. You will be asked to sign up or log in to an existing iflix account.
      • Any additional raffle entries for the raffle that the Cardholder may win from this Instant Prize Component will be added to the Principal Cardholder’s total raffle entries.
      • Winners will be given up to sixty (60) calendar days from the end of the Promo Period, or until March 31, 2018, to claim and use their instant prize codes. After the 60-day period, all unclaimed instant prize codes will be forfeited in favor of Citi with approval from DTI.
      • All Instant Prizes are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
      • All Instant Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, cash advance, or kind. The Prizes may be transferred to the winner’s nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of Prize.
      • All redemptions are final; no return or exchange of the Instant Prizes will be permitted. The Winner is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates of the Instant Prizes upon redemption. The Winner will also be responsible for safekeeping the Instant Prizes. Citi and the participating outlets shall not be obliged to refund or replace the Instant Prizes once redeemed, whether lost, damaged, or for whatever reason.
  6. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the Prize.
  7. Each Winner should maintain his/her Card active and in good credit standing for a period of twenty four (24) months from the end of the Promo Period or awarding of the Prize.
  8. Each of the Winners authorizes Citi to disclose and publish his/her name, photos and other particulars to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Citi may deem appropriate. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which Citi may from time to time organize in connection with the Promo and if so, such Winners must attend such functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the Winner.
  9. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, awarding, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.
  10. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo, or redemption of the Prize may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the Prize to the Cardholder’s Citi Card, at Citi’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.
